Room Zero: Azure Transformation for a Fintech AUM Platform

Fintech platforms that grow on opportunistic cloud usage eventually hit a wall: environments diverge, releases get manual, and integrations become fragile exactly when stakeholders need confidence.

At Room Zero we led a full Azure transformation for an AUM product: a .NET backend and Vue.js frontend on a governed cloud path, with CI/CD and API management treated as first-class engineering work.

What we built

• Azure-centred architecture with C# / .NET and Vue.js

• SQL performance work and data pipeline integration on Azure

• CI/CD automation with Azure CLI, ARM templates and GitHub Actions

• Secure API management with Azure APIM and Auth0

• Power BI authentication and security hardening for financial reporting

Outcome: an AUM platform path that could be deployed into stakeholder Azure tenants in a repeatable way, with clearer security boundaries and less manual release risk.
