Reviv Global: Multi-Region Cloud Delivery for a Healthcare Platform

Healthcare platforms that expand across regions inherit a hard constraint: every region must be deployable, observable and recoverable without inventing a new process each time.

At Reviv Global we treated infrastructure and release as the product. Multi-region AWS estates were defined in Terraform. CI/CD was designed for one-click promotion to every region.

What we built

• Multi-region AWS architecture managed with Terraform IaC

• Highly available CI/CD with GitHub Actions for consistent regional releases

• Identity, storage, compute and security paths across Cognito, S3, ECR, Batch, Route 53 and KMS

• Application delivery alongside Vercel, Strapi and PostgreSQL where required

• Automated test coverage on business-critical API and application layers with Jest and Cypress

Outcome: a healthcare platform estate that could be deployed and operated across regions with the same control plane, with fewer irreversible human steps and delivery that stays boring under pressure.
